Sanitiser System designed to eliminate and minimise pathogenic elements in the compound feed. The basic principle is to increase flour retention time once the appropriate temperature in the conditioner has been obtained. With a retention time of up to 4 minutes, the presence of salmonella and other pathogens in the flour is minimised. They are transported through a cylinder by means of an AISI 304 screw of up to 900 mm in diameter. The cylinder is isolated with 25 mm of rock wool and incorporates electrical resistances with the aim of maintaining the temperature throughout the retention time. All of the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
